Booking Questions
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We strive to see new patients within 1-2 business days. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can call us to check same-day availability, or book online to secure your preferred time.
Does AHC cover chiropractic treatment?
Alberta Health Care (AHC) does not cover chiropractic services. However, most extended health benefit plans do cover a portion of chiropractic care, and we offer direct billing to most major providers to make it as simple as possible. Seniors may also have partial coverage through Alberta Blue Cross. We recommend checking your plan details, and our front desk is happy to help if you have questions.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that life happens! Please call or email us 24 hours in advance whenever possible. This allows us to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
Is there anything I need to do before my first appointment?
We'll email you some forms to fill out in advance so we are ready for you when you arrive. Please also bring any relevant reports and imaging (i.e. X-rays, MRI, etc.) that you feel are relevant to your problem. We also recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes! We offer direct billing to most insurance providers to make accessing care as simple as possible.
